Eastern boundary: west side of Wilson Lane
Northern boundary: south side of River Road
Western boundary: Booze Creek, Cabin John Regional Park, and Cabin John Parkway
Southern boundary: Cabin John Regional Park behind properties on south side of Carmichael Avenue and south side of Broxburn Drive

Eastern boundary: west side of Pyle Road to Elgin Lane; both sides of Elgin Lane from Pyle Road to Selkirk Drive
Northern boundary: south side of River Road
Western boundary: east side of Wilson Lane
Southern boundary: south side of Selkirk Drive, including Selkirk Court and Ayr Lane
