I have previously communicated with you about the recent burglaries on Broxburn and Nevis, and there are also reports of thefts from vehicles in the neighborhood. These events are serious. I have received a number of e-mails from concerned neighbors asking what they and Bannockburn Citizens Association might do in light of these incidents.
The BCA Board will be meeting in the near future to discuss the situation. Among other topics, we will consider forming an ad hoc BCA Home Security Committee to focus on these issues. If you are interested in working on such a committee or have suggestions, please contact me or other members of the BCA Board.
In the meantime, please encourage your neighbors to register on the BCA website so they can receive news and reports.
