BCA December 1 End of Year Meeting
Please join us at our next Bannockburn Citizens Association meeting on Thursday, December 1 at 7:30 PM at St. Mark.
This will be our year-end meeting featuring holiday cheer with eggnog, coffee and cookies. We particularly would like to welcome our new neighbors.
As always, the meeting will be an opportunity to visit with your neighbors, discuss BCA activities, hear reports from our Committees, and pass along news and comments.
I look forward to seeing you on Thursday.
On a more somber note, we had a recent home break-in incident on Heatherhill Court that occurred sometime during a week while the owner was away. I don't have a lot of details now, but this is a reminder of the need to take precautions. The holidays tend to draw criminals to our neighborhoods looking for unattended packages on porches and in cars. Burglars look for tell-tale signs of a vacant home. Lock your cars and homes, and avoid having newspapers or packages delivered to your home when you are away. Neighbors should report suspicious activity to the police.
Best Wishes,
Ted Garrett,
BCA President
